Please indicate the current version of the inFlight Client. Find this information by right-clicking on the inFlight icon in the system tray and select "About".
Please give as much details as possible to help us troubleshoot the issue. Include plane type (e.g. PMDG 737-800 or FlyByWire A320), departing/destination airport), cruising altitude, etc.
